About this event

T126 is almost over, and it’s time to celebrate the people who make the KOI community thrive. On Friday, 5 June, we are leaving the campus behind for a full-day recharge.

This event is exclusively for our KOISS members, Club Leaders, Volunteers, and Alumni. It’s a day to trade the responsibilities of leadership for a chance to relax, connect, and mentor the next wave of leaders.

What to Expect:

What to expect

  • Zero Cost: We are providing free food and drinks at our destination.
  • Exclusive Networking: A rare chance for current leaders and volunteers to get one-on-one advice from KOI Alumni.
  • The Reveal: The exact location is currently a secret, but expect fresh air and a proper break from the city.
Important for Leaders & Volunteers:

Because we are providing catering and organizing logistics, registration is mandatory.

  1. Watch your inbox: Registration links will be sent out shortly.
  2. Confirm your spot: Please sign up early so we can finalize the food and transport.
  3. The “Share-Plate”: While a main meal is provided, feel free to bring a snack or dish to share with your fellow leaders.
The Game Plan:
  • When: Friday, 5 June 2026.
  • Where: To be revealed soon!
  • What to bring: Just yourself and your essentials for a day out. (Leave the heavy bags at home!)

You’ve worked hard this trimester. Now, let us take care of the rest. Stay tuned for the registration drop.
