About this event
Effective student leadership requires alignment and strategy. KOI is bringing our newest student representatives together for the 2026 Student Leadership Conference to map out the year ahead.
Last year set the standard. The 2025 cohort gathered at our Newcastle Campus for a two-day intensive session. The outcome was clear. They transformed initial concepts into active student clubs and targeted campus events. Just as importantly, they established a cohesive operational network that sustained them throughout their tenures.
We expect the same rigorous approach this year. The 2026 conference agenda focuses on actionable goals:
What to expect
- Connecting student representatives across different cohorts.
- Formulating the 2026 student engagement framework.
- Structuring and scheduling upcoming club activities.
- Building a high-functioning team dynamic.
This is where the groundwork for the academic year happens. We are ready to see what the 2026 leadership team will build.
