Is exam stress and a packed schedule leaving you no time to breathe?

This free weekly session at the heart of Sydney CBD gives students a practical, no-cost tool for managing stress and building the mental clarity that supports both study and social wellbeing.

Heartfulness Meditation is a heart-centred practice originating from the Sahaj Marg tradition, with roots tracing back to 1945 in India. Today, the Heartfulness Institute operates across more than 160 countries, serving millions of practitioners worldwide. The Sydney chapter has established a consistent free-access programme designed to make meditation approachable for complete beginners. At its core, the technique focuses on guided relaxation and inner connection, requiring no prior experience, special equipment, or spiritual background.

Sessions are held every Sunday morning from 10:00am to 11:00am at Customs House Library, Level 2, 31 Alfred Street, Sydney CBD a short walk from Circular Quay and Wynyard Station. Entry is completely free and open to all adults aged 15 and above.
