[T126: Week 4]

Feeling drained from study stress and looking for a way to give back meaningfully?

This charity run connects Sydney university students with a vibrant community cause, boosting social wellbeing while contributing to life-saving medical research.

Born in 2013, Run2Cure is the flagship fundraiser for Neuroblastoma Australia, dedicated to advancing research into one of the deadliest childhood cancers. Over the years, it’s become a Sydney community favourite, blending athletic challenge with family fun in the beautiful surrounds of The Domain. Thousands join each year, celebrating resilience, compassion, and the city’s spirit of solidarity in motion.

Located in The Domain, near the Royal Botanic Gardens, just a short walk from St James Station, this event welcomes runners of all fitness levels. Entry fees vary depending on race category — from short family fun runs to competitive long-distance formats.

What to expect

  • Support medical research with every step you take.
  • Meet like-minded students and future health professionals.
  • Run through iconic Sydney landmarks including the Harbour and CBD views.
  • Enjoy a vibrant festival atmosphere with music, food stalls, and family zones.

Registrations are limited, and early entries often sell out. See official link for participant caps and ticket details.
