T325: KOISS Welcome Week

About this event

No registration required. Just drop by!

Trimester 3, 2025 is just around the corner, and we hope you’re ready to begin this new chapter with energy and confidence. As Confucius once said, “A man who does not plan long ahead will find trouble at his door.” We encourage you to start the trimester with thoughtful planning and a positive mindset.

We’ve noticed that many of you have already tried to download the 2025 SEO Yearly Calendar Templates — that’s great! Please remember to always use your KOI student email to access all KOI resources. Building the habit of checking your KOI email regularly is one of the best ways to stay informed and make the most of your student experience.

Next week marks your first week of the trimester, and we understand that it can feel a bit overwhelming with new information, faces, and routines. That’s why we warmly invite you to join our KOISS Welcome Week, one of KOI’s cherished traditions designed to help you relax, connect, and feel at home. With free food, drinks, and a variety of fun activities, it’s the perfect way to meet new friends and ease into the trimester.

Location: KOI Wynyard Green Campus, Level 9 – Student Lounge Area
Time: Daily from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
(If you’re not sure where to go — just follow the music!)

KOISS Welcome Week Schedule:

If you’re passionate about getting involved or making a difference on campus, we highly encourage you to come say hi during Welcome Week! You’ll have the chance to meet our Student Engagement Team and KOI Student Society members and learn more about how to become a Student Leader at KOI — a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to our student community.
